What actually decides whether it works
Price is the easy part. These are the points that decide whether an accessory survives a South African summer on a gravel road.
Heat kills electronics in a closed cab
A bakkie parked in the sun can get hot enough to swell and destroy lithium batteries. For dash cams and mirror cameras we specify supercapacitors rather than batteries, and ask the supplier for the operating temperature range in writing.
Fitment is model by model
A canopy, bull bar or roof rack made for one bakkie does not fit the next generation of the same model. We confirm the exact vehicle, year and body type with the maker before quoting, and ask for the fitting kit to be included.
Radios and road equipment need approvals
Anything with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or a radio needs ICASA type approval to be sold here, and some vehicle lighting and towing equipment has road-use rules of its own. We confirm the position for the specific product before quoting.
This line pays on volume and own brand
A single dash cam is usually cheaper from a local retailer once freight is counted. Importing pays off on cartons for resale, fitment centres and fleets, where an own-brand option with your logo and packaging becomes possible.
An EV charger is an electrical installation first
A wall-box charger is installed by a qualified electrician and must be covered by a certificate of compliance. Check the connector your vehicles use and whether your supply can carry the load before choosing the charger.
You're trading the dealer network for the price
That's the honest trade. There is no branded service desk. For resale stock, agree a defect policy with the supplier in writing before you order — replacement units, spares or credit — and keep a few spares on hand to swap for customers.

Can you do our own brand?
Often, yes, from a minimum quantity. Logo, packaging and manual in your name are common on dash cams, cameras and accessories. We ask the minimum order and the cost of own branding with every quote.
Will it fit my bakkie?
Only if it is made for your exact model, year and body type. Tell us the vehicles and we confirm fitment with the maker in writing before quoting.
Is it cheaper than buying locally?
For one unit, usually not. On cartons for resale or a fleet it often is, and it gives you products and specifications local distributors do not carry. We will tell you honestly which side of that line your order is on.
Do you fit the accessories?
No. We supply; fitting is done by your own team or a local fitment centre, and EV chargers by a qualified electrician. We would rather say that plainly than quote a fitted price we cannot stand behind.
