A stainless-steel vortex vegetable washer for batch-washing fresh chilli and vegetables before processing -- 25-30 kg per batch, 300-400 kg/h continuous, with a built-in water heating element and ozone/air-bubble action to help remove pesticide residue. The right size to sit ahead of a small chilli-sauce or spice line.
