What actually decides whether it works
Price is the easy part. These are the points that decide whether the coffee is good at the rush and the machine is still working next year.
Size on the rush, not the day
Twenty coffees in the morning rush need more machine than two hundred spread over a day. Tell us your busiest hour and we size groups, boilers and grinders to it.
Water treatment protects the machine
Hard water scales up espresso boilers and ruins them. Treat the water from day one and budget for the cartridges; it is cheaper than a new boiler.
Espresso machines and soft-serve need real power
A multi-group espresso machine or a soft-serve unit draws a lot of current, and some need three phase. Check your supply before you choose the machine.
Choose the payment system for our market
Coins, notes, cards and tap-to-pay each suit different sites. Ask which payment systems the machine supports, and whether local card readers fit it.
Roasters need smoke control and ventilation
A coffee roaster produces smoke and heat that need extraction, and in some areas an afterburner. Plan the ventilation with the roaster.
You're trading the dealer network for the price
That's the honest trade. There is no branded technician on call. Keep gaskets, shower screens and seals on the shelf, and find a local espresso technician before you open.
Cafés, roasters and vending operators ask these
What size espresso machine do I need?
It depends on your busiest hour. A small café is usually a two-group machine; high-volume sites need three or four. Tell us your peak cups and we match the machine and grinder.
Can you supply vending machines with card payment?
Yes. We ask which payment systems each machine supports and confirm local card readers fit before quoting.
Do you supply coffee roasters?
Yes, from small shop roasters to production sizes, with the extraction and smoke control they need.
Do you install?
Delivery is in the landed price. Installation is by a local plumber and electrician, and we recommend a local espresso technician for set-up and service.
